Material deformation behavior in mold of SMC during compression molding

摘要

SMC compression molding was performed under the various molding conditions by using minutiabath molding. First pressure measurement was carried out during compression molding. Second surface roughness and flexural test in SMC were conducted in order to investigate the effects of molding condition upon the mechanical properties. It was confirmed that the mechanical properties of SNIC were greatly influenced upon molding condition.
