摘要

This report presented the effect of measurement volume on the flow rate measurement by using ultrasonic Doppler profile (UVP) measurement method. The analytical solution of the error caused by measurement volume was obtained and measured data was compared with the corrected DNS data by the analytical solution. The measured data have good agreement with the corrected DNS data. And the error of the flow rate is less than 2% against an orifice flow meter.
