Technique of Micro-Vibration Elimination in the Developing of New Science and Technology

It is base upon the development of modern science and technology, the technique of micro-vibration elimination had became the foreland subject in modern science and technology. Lots of most important aspects as to the micro-vibration elimination will be discussed in this thesis, which include: definition of micro-vibration elimination control value of exact equipments, choice of field, the procedures design in projects of micro-vibration elimination, and the researching and exploitation of micro-vibration isolate system. And at the end, the prospect to the future of developing of micro-vibration elimination technology will be brought forward.
