摘要

Flow sensitive alternating inversion recovery (FAIR) is one of the dynamic arterial spin tagging method which uses labeled endogenous water as agnet to quantify local perfusion non-invasively~[1-3]. In this paper, the purposes of this work are to evaluate the perfusion imaging in the rabbits with acute cerebral ischemia using FAIR pulse sequence and MR dynamic perfusion imaging method with bolus injection of Gd-DTPA, and to compare the diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) of abnormality of water and perfusion imaging in the area of cerebral ischemia.
