Attenuation measurement system in frequency range of 10-100MHz

摘要

An attenuation measurement system, which employs the traceable inductive voltage divider (IVD) at 1kHz as a reference standard and dual channel intermediate frequency (IF) substitution method, is developed for attenuation standard in frequency range of 10-100MHz. The basic properties of the system were experimentally investigated at frequency of 60MHz.
