Computer aided inspection of drill point geometry - error analysis of simple inspection method using CCD camera

摘要

A simple computer aided inspection system of drill point geometry using CCD camera has been developed in the previous work1). In this report, to clarify sensitive setup conditions of the system and make the system more robust, error analysis by computer simulation has been done. Many possible setup errors have been considered and their influences upon the estimation of the geometrical parameters have been discussed.
