In the field of advanced manufacturing technology, it is very important for universities and enterprises to realize industrialization of high-tech, and Technology Transfer is an effective means to achieve tht. This paper describes the actual requirements, meaning and content of Technology Transfer based on our experience. Meanwhile, it also points how to realize Technology Transfer. Furthermore, it can be found that Research and Development (R&D) is the foundation. System Integration is efficient means to realize Technology Transfer, and Engineering Support is the extension of Technology Transfer.
