We have discussed some of the systems that can be used to keep particles and oil stains off wafers. If they cannot be kept off, they must be found and removed. We have reviewed some systems for doing both tasks. One last thought, you can't do this just once and expect the technicians to do it that way forever. You have to watch the system, the components and the people - they can easily forget to "do it right".
