摘要

Our recent development of plasma-assisted non-catalytic diesel particulate and NO{sub}x simultaneous reduction aftertreatment system is reported We proposed a new after treatment technology of NO{sub}x included in exhaust gas of combustion system using nonthermal plasma desorption and reduction. We also proposed a new soot incineration technology using a combination of nonthermal plasma (NTP) and DPF. Our new aftertreatment system includes these new two technologies. It is confirmed that the NO{sub}x complete reduction and the DPF continuous regeneration is possible for a small diesel engine exhaust. The effective or apparent required plasma energy can be decreased further using this system.
