摘要

The stabilizer bar that is the part of suspension is the important part to sustain torsion. However, the 'Mgkig' friction noise between the stabilizer bar and clamping bush is a chronic durability problem every winter in field. Blooming, which is lubrication role, performance-drop owing to degradation of the bush and wearing because of outer-material entering were observed through analyzing the problem parts. We defined the force behavior mechanism through measuring the load, movement and noise of stabilizer bar and around part and also used for reproducing field problem. This paper deals with analyzing cause of problem parts, reproducing test, and suggesting solution to prevent occurring same problem.
