摘要

The distribution of the front wheel and the rear wheel traction forces of the 4WD vehicle is determined by the equipped drivetrain system as well as the driving conditions. Therefore, it is important for the 4WD chassis dynamometer to pro-vide test vehicles with the equivalent loads as Real-Road 4WD driving conditions. In this study various types of 4WD vehicles were examined. Not only four wheel's torque and revolution behaviors but also fuel consumption were measured to compare both conditions Real-Road Driving and On-chassis dynamometer driving. Through these experiments, enough equality of advanced 4WD chassis dynamometer for emission and fuel economy tests were clarified.
