The behaviors of the characteristics of CIS solar mini-modules during cycle and continuous light irradiation tests were investigated. In both of these test conditions, the out-put power is improved during the early stages, and deteriorated after that The major factor causing the behavior are the charges in the fill-factor and open circuit voltage. The details of some parameters relevant to these factors were considered. Also, the dependences of light intensity and temperature in the I-V characteristics were measured.
