So far we will pick out a big theme in order to prepare for going into the new century. I'm sure that the politicians should carry out this task. To investigate practically their present conditions, I took advantage of the minute books of different councils in the Diet. It seems that some members of the assembly have a little advanced idea nowadays. However, the governmental side doesn't show any long-term view, besides seems to withdraw. It's now that the long-term politics should be distinctly showed. The plan Itself which I have suggested for many years is the appropriate model plan, I think.
