PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a role-playing simulation program, a role-playing simulation system, and a role-playing simulation method with which the results of role-playing education can be enhanced. PSOLUTION: The role-playing simulation system has the following processing sections. A setting section 107 sets parameters which represent characters, etc., of player agents 1-4 who participate in virtual role playing and a plurality of patterns of rules of negotiations. Player agent sections 103SB1/SB-103SB4/SBrealizes player agents 1-4 corresponding to the parameters. A participant agent section 102 realizes a participant agent who conducts negotiations with the player agents 1-4 in accordance with the rules. A teaching material creating section 101 makes the participant agent conduct negotiations with the player agents 1-4 for the combinations of the parameters with the rules in a plurality of patterns. A teaching material evaluating section 104 evaluates the results of negotiations for every combination and makes parameters obtaining a prescribed evaluation or higher teaching materials.
