Fundamental and application studies of host-guest compounds or inclusion compounds have recieved much attention owing to its unique molecular assembly and the induced property of molecular recognition.By using host-guest compounds system,fine separation process can be achieved with high efficiency owing to the specific interaction at the molecular level as seen in the case of calixarenes,crown ether,cyclodextric,etc.
