摘要

The fretting wear behavior of Ti(C,N) films prepared by laser chemical vapor reaction on Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-yAl-4V substrate has been studied. Test results show that fretting wear resistance of the Ti(C,N) films is higher than that of the substrates by a factor of 11.87 or 4.59 at ampitude of 35 #mu# m or 100 #mu# m, respectively. The main reasons for this behaviour are discussed.
