Peptide library techniques have been developed rapidly and applied widely in various fields of molecular recognition, antigen determinatio nand vaccine and drug design [1-3]. In these studies, phage displayed ligands or synthetic peptide libraries were used to select functional igands for target molecules, such as antibodies, enzymes and cellular receptors etc. In this paper, we explored the potential use of a peptide library in preparing novel affinity-chromatographic materials to improve the recovery of genetic engineering products. The main idea is to utilize the peptide library to select an affinity-chromatographic matrix with immobilized phage displayed peptide ligands.
