摘要

The dynamic stresses of the engine con'rod bolts are measured by a telemetering strain-gauge and quantitatively analysed by a load analysing system for bolts developed by the authors of the paper. Hence, the actual situation of being stressed bolts, i.e. the satic stresses dynamic stress, thermal stresses and the dynamic stress tendency presented by the changes of the engine load and revolving speed is determined. The results of this study provide a helpful method and a scientific basis for the adjustment of uneven load on each bolt and improvement of the fatigue strength for bolts. It also provides an example for the engineering purpose of the telemetering technology.
