The effects of Ti(Nb is almost constant) in P and Mn-added Nb+Ti-IF steels on the properties of cold-roleld batch annealed sheet steel has bene studied. It shows that value is the highest when Ti/N=1 (atomic ratio). The highs trength Nb+Ti-IF steels strengthened by P- and Mn-added exist a little strain aging, since some Ti wwas exhausted by P to form PTiFe, C and N atom would be interstitial again.
