摘要

It's difficult to diagnose low-speed heavy-load large bearing because of its special structure, working condition and complicated fault principle Based on theory deducing and using the software ALGOR FEAS, this paper gets the feature frequencies of the large bearing. Then using vibration and acoustic emission (AE) theory, the fault's category and position of large bearing are reached. After testing in real condition, the result of the theory analysis is confirmed. One effective method on diagnosing the large bearing has been gotten in this paper.
