A Measurement Comparison Program has been initiated to measure the systematic errors between flow calibration laboratories. The artifact consists of two 1 inch Coriolis meters which are tested in series at flow rates ranging from 500 1b/min (227 kg/min) down to 25 lb/min (11 kg/min). Included are various Fisher-Rosemount labs in the U.S. and the water lab at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, MD. The systematic errors which exist between the labs is less than 0.1%.
