On-The-Job Training for Nuclear Power

In todays world of ISO 9000, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Power Operations (INPO), Mil Standard 45662 and other requirements, there is an increasing need for a formal on-the-job training (OJT) program. A sound OJT program will provide the auditors the information they need to ensure personnel are qualified to perform a job or task.
