THE CORRELATIONS OF THE INFLUENCE BETWEEN CONSTRUCTIVE AND FUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS OF AUTOMATIC ISOSTATIC PRESS AND THE CHARACTERISTICS OF CERAMICS POWDER PRESSED PARTS
The technological researches presented in this paper refer to the correlation of the influence between constructive de functional parameters of automatic isostatic press and the characteristics of the parts achieving from translucent polycrystalline alumina. The optimum working pressures assures the density and the part final shape, but the precision of pressing instrument machining assures the shiny and smooth surfaces, the uniformity of well width alongside and the deformations absence (oval shape). For a grading powder from translucent polycrystalline alumina of 1-30 μm isostatically pressed at a compressing pressure at a range of 100-110 MPa, it has achieved a very wide range of dimension beginning with widths from 0.6 mm up to 1 mm, a great ND ratio (4:1) as well as a limit density for crude parts of 2.15 g/cm~3.
