摘要

Automated Glass-cockpit aircraft need a different training approach including general equipment behavior and system interdependance. Mental models have to be developed and trained. Procedures shall not be used to overcome design deficiencies. This results in demands for pilot integration in the developing process to avoid unpilotlike behavior and bad man machine interfaces. Better communication between manufacturers, operators and pilots must be developed to improve overall safety.
