The Early Development Systems Life Cycle Panel Discussion was aimed at highlighting the proper blend of technical and business concerns that are intertwined in the area of the early development systems life cycle, and attempted to find some common denominators - including the transliteration of sector-specific terminology-level inventions. The Panel consisted of Professor John McDermid, University of York, UK Professor Rajko Milovanovic, British Telecom, UK - Panel Organiser and Chair Dr Mark Norris, British Telecom, UK Professor Andrew Sage, George Mason University, USA - Discussant Each Panellist initially provided a brief position statement Instead of giving his own presentation, the Discussant reflected upon the statements of his Panel colleagues.
