RESTACKING TRANSITIONS IN POLYTYPES

摘要

An overview of the Monte-Carlo methods for diffuse scattering calculations due to non-random distribution of stacking faults in crystals undergoing 2H to 6H, 3C to 2H and 2H to 3C restacking transitions is presented.
