The Measuring and Analysing on the Performance Parameters of the Pitman of 9GJ-2. 1 Mower

The strain transducer for measuring pulling-pressing force and bending moment of the pitman of 9GJ - 2.1 mower was designed and made in accordance to the condition of the pitman forced when the mower was put in motion no-load, and we used the strain transducer designed by ourself and B&K4368 Piezoelectric Accelerometer to measure the pulling-pressing force, bending moment and angular acceleration of the pitman while the mower was working no-load. It is important for optimizing the structural parameters of cutterbars, improving the function of mower and raising the working speed of mower.
