Searching on Clamshell Braker Applied to Wheeled Tractor

摘要

Disk braker is widely used nowadays on medium-sized wheeled tractor made at home, but it has some shortcoming such as lower heat brake efficiency and operated strenuously. A clamshell braker has the advantage over dish braker in heat brake performance. This article introduces the structure and performance of clamshell braker adopted on wheeled tractor, and make sure of it's advantage by means of both in theoretic calculation and in practical tests.
