摘要

According to the traditional experimental designing method, the rotary tiller is made very heavy, the stress distribution is improper and the dynamic characteristic of the structure is not very well. In this paper, the reliable finite element model is built by combining the finite element method (FEM) and modal analysis (MA) test. The structure of rotary tiller 1G-175 is improved and the lightweight revised type 1G-175A is obtained which has proper stress distribution and fine dynamic characteristics.
