摘要

Raman, NMR and CD spectroscopies have been used to investigate conformational changes, as a consequence of the protonation, of two dinucleosides monophosphates, deoxycytidylyl-(3',5')-deoxyguanosine monophosphate sodium salt (dCpGNa) and tymidylyl-(3',5')-deoxyadenosine monophosphate sodium salt (dTpANa), regarding to the sugar ring, to the base as regards the sugar and to the whole structure.
