Studies on natural Rice Flavoring Agent

摘要

In this paper, the 'Rice-Flsvor Leaves' (RFL), the leaves of an unknown wild spice plant used for rice-aromatiging, are discovered, and the natural apices extracted from RFL are used successfully for rice-aromatiging for the first time in he world. Seven methods for extraction of essential oil from RFL are tested, the results show taht SDE (Steam Distillation and Extraction) is the best one for laborstorial use, Oil-aoluble, emulsive and water-soluble natural rice flavoring agonts are prepared.
