A modified Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) preference ranking approach is integrated into the framework of the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution to analyze the Canadian west coast port congestion problem from a conflict analysis perspective. More specifically, the AHP approach is employed to elicit relative preferences for decision makers and this preference information is then fed into a graph model for further stability analyses. The case study of the Canadian west coast port congestion problem demonstrates how to apply the integrated model in practice.
