Developing Spatial Structure of Air Logistics Network in Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei Based on SNA and Gravity Model

In order to optimize the existing route network, this paper studies the structure and layout of air logistics network in Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei region, collects relevant data, uses gravity model to analyze the comprehensive logistics service capability of each node in the route network, and calculates the logistics connection value between each node. Using social network analysis method and UCINET software, this paper analyses the air logistics network from the aspects of network density, centrality, cohesive subgroup, and core-edge structure. The results show that the degree of air logistics linkages between node cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is at a medium level, but the large standard deviation of density indicates that the polarization is serious; meanwhile, the linkages between core cities and peripheral cities are poor, which show a clear core-edge structure. Through the above analysis, it is concluded that the resources of this region should be coordinated and complemented, and from this perspective, the airports in the region have been re-positioned in this paper.
