Erratum to: Advances in Human Aspects of Transportation

The original version of the book was inadvertently published without the following corrections: In Chapter 1, Page 2, the position of Fig. 1 has to be at the end of the subchapter after the sentence "Combining these different human error definitions, an Integrated Threat Model was developed for this study to structure possible errors during pilot's work on flight decks:" In Chapter 80, the incorrect author name "Gabrhe" has to be corrected to read as "Gabrhel". The erratum book has been updated with the changes.
