User-centered approach for interactive presentation of Bulgarian cultural and historical heritage into a cross-functional web-based platform

摘要

This paper presents the concept of user-centered design approach for an interactive presentation of Bulgarian cultural and historical heritage. The primary objective for this cross-functional web-based platform is to present the content of the national culture uniquely and creatively. Furthermore, to attract more people who want to experience new sensations and look at history from a different perspective. The paper is exploring already proven-to-work design methodologies on which to build up and to propose an entirely new framework that can be used in this specific case.
