Non-uniform Contact Force Analysis of Rollers on the Deepwater Pipe-Laying Ship Stinger

During the pipe-laying process, the contact force between ship stingerand pipeline is largely affected by the correlated movement of hull,stinger and pipeline. Because many nonlinear and stochastic factors existin the model coupling problem, it is difficult to guarantee theexperimental accuracy in the conventional experimental pool. Based onthe previous research results, and taking "Offshore Oil 201" as theanalysis object, the hydrodynamic analysis of the hull and stingerstructure is carried out. Next, the calculation of roller non-uniformcontact force is performed. Then the contrastive analysis of different seaconditions is made. The law of distribution of roller contact force as wellas the influencing factors are summarized. At last, the problem ofdynamic response fluctuation is analyzed.
