IMPLEMENTATION SCHEME OF WHOLE LIFE CYCLE INTELLIGENT PIPELINE BASED ON THE INTERNET OF THINGS AND BIG DATA

At present, long-distance oil and gas pipeline has been basically realized digital and information technology applications, which has greatly improved the pipeline of safety, operation and maintenance management level. With the rapid development of Internet plus information technology, the development of pipeline would be gradually from digital to intelligent era. It would create new value for enterprise through making pipeline achieving a result of more safety, reliable, efficient and intelligent. Firstly, this paper described the characteristics of oil and gas pipelines and the bottleneck of the traditional development mode. It is proposed that intelligent pipeline is the inevitable trend of pipeline industry development. Then, the paper introduced the concept and profound meaning of intelligent pipeline. Subsequently, the paper analyzed Internet of things, Big Data and other key technologies of intelligent pipeline in detail. Finally, taking the Central Asian-China Gas Pipeline Line D project as an example, the paper mainly introduced the whole idea and implementation scheme of the whole life-cycle intelligent pipeline and pointed out some possible problems and suggestions in the future.
