Technology of Squeeze Casting for Aluminium Alloy Automobile Triangle Arms

摘要

The technology of squeeze casting to make aluminium alloy automobile triangle arms to replace steel triangle arms can reduce 24% weight combined with topology optimization technology and multi-body dynamics simulation analysis. Bench tests and vehicle tests show that the aluminium alloy automobile triangle arms can fulfil the requirements of this product. The paper provides valuable experiences for lightweight of automobile chassis.
