摘要

This paper discusses a teaching project aimed at getting an improvement in the academicachievement of students. The methodolgy is based on a meaningful learning process using roleplaying and video animations, especially in law cases -provided by Roman Law- in which the mostimportant thing is to make a good conflict management. To make a good conflict management is anessential skill that must be developed in the legal profession. The goal is to make our students'training process more effective and efficient and, at the same time more in line with new trendsdemanded by the labor market. University graduates that are able to provide "expertise" are expected.The inclusion of new educational resources such as animations or role plays aims adapting apropaedeutic matter -Roman law- to the current changes of our society which is involved in a constantsetting to new technologies. Video animations and role games can be instruments and tools that allowthe students to arrive at a more meaningful learning and thus to get a greater safety and efficiency inthe acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities.Project monitoring and evaluation is based on surveys made by students in which statistically will bemeasured the level of improvement in the acquisition of knowledge and skills relating to conflictmanagement.
