The workload, diverse and sometimes opposing requirements leave employees with constant pressure to make decisions on complex working tasks and setting priorities right. In addition colleagues no longer work at one place, but are geographically distributed in different offices, regions or even countries. Nevertheless they may face similar challenges and similar personal objectives. This leads to colleagues working in parallel on similar challenges and without exchange and sharing good results. Lessons learned are - if at all - distributed informal by individuals. One solution to solve this is to enhance the work with supportive peer coaching sessions in order to find solutions that can support individuals, groups and organisations. In peer coaching solutions can be selected and later distributed into other groups to support problem solving within and beyond organisations. Side effects are personal growth of individuals and a felt higher appreciation of employees by their organisation. Mutual learning experience can support building trust between colleagues. Since it is not always possible to meet in one place a technology-enhanced peer coaching is the solution.
