This paper aims to generate interest within other similar universities and colleges, for the pedagogicalprinciples that underpin how students and teachers at Westerdals Oslo ACT work, and it is exemplifiedthrough one concrete project.In short, in this project the second-year students at the Bachelor program Text and Copywriting atWesterdals Oslo ACT create communication to be used by the Institute for Eating Disorders (VillaSult)in their communication with the involved parties (the person who is ill, parents and family,schools, friends, sports environment, etc.). The project is part of the early learning phase of influenceandmarket communication. Why such a project was chosen for this period of the education and howthe teaching was structured, is described throughout this paper.The purpose of this paper is also to establish contact with other learning institutions with similarsubject areas, and to investigate opportunities for future mutual projects and exchange of academicstaff and students.
