This article reveals the essence of modern paradigms of education focused on personal approach ofteaching and education of the younger generation. Justified by the need to change the goals of theeducation system, its contents and organization.The authors have disclosed the main directions of the state educational policy in the Republic ofKazakhstan to reform the education system to meet new requirements of modern educationalparadigms and entry into a single global educational and information space.
