Adults education is based on the development of specific skills necessary for solving problems adultsface at their workplace and which are relevant to them. This article deals with adults education throughthe sistem of continuous training in classroom management of primary school teachers. The trainingneeds analysis presented in this paper indicates a clear need for restructuring or development ofteachers' attitudes, behavior and classroom management strategies and especially the need to adaptthem to the features of the current generation of students. According to needs analysis conducted ona sample of 54 teachers from urban and rural areas in Sibiu, we identified the following main topics oftraining for teachers in primary education: self-management strategies, followed by classroommanagement strategies, and techniques for managing students with behavioral problems. Thepurpose of this research consisted of a training program that was designed and accredited incollaboration with CCD (Casa Corpului Didactic Sibiu).
