摘要

Sexual harassment is one of the major issues in workplace relations today. It is also one of the areasthat have received the most attention, especially, since women have entered the working environmentin increasing numbers. This paper identifies Sexual harassment as an essential concern in the workplace. The first part of the paper identifies that when sexual harassment is present, it violates everyright of the victim, such as, the right of employment equality, the right to choose, and what's more, theright of privacy. The second part of the paper identifies that corporations should acknowledge itsexistence, act upon, and resolve it. Sexual Harassment comes in two forms -"quid pro quo" and"hostile working environment." Regardless the form, sexual harassment is a problem which will beresolved only when the corporate world recognizes that sexual harassment is a moral problem andprovides moral education for employees.
