摘要

Student mobility has seen the increasing implementation of student exchange or “mobility” programs, usually as part of joint exchange-style experiences. Researchers are interested in exploring matters related to the experiences of students and reflections on their time as exchange students, in addition to the effect of this experience on their expectations, beliefs, and personalities. This study examined the value and benefits obtained from a semester length immersion in higher education and the wider cultural community for Jordanian students involved in programs in universities abroad. Interviews with students were conducted to investigate this phenomenon broadly and in depth and to collect data regarding other variables.
