Dielectric Properties of Segmented Sensor

摘要

This paper deals with the problem of monitoring the dielectric properties of a sensor for measuring the surface resistance of insulating materials. The influence of moisture on capacity and dielectric loss factor is analyzed. The paper describes an experiment for obtaining selected qualitative parameters describing the surface condition of the sensor insulation system. The dependencies for clean and dirty sensor surfaces are evaluated.
