Pioneer and Model Role of Student Party Members of Art Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Student Party members are outstanding and backbone among student representatives, and they are models of self-education, self-management and self-service for students. This paper uses the method of investigation to analyze the problems existing in the daily study and work of art student party members from four aspects. It establishes an evaluation system for the performance and role of student party members, and designs the first-level indicators, the second-level indicators and their scores. Combining the ideological and professional characteristics of art students, this paper puts forward five effective ways to make the student party members play the most effective role in daily life, study and work, such as strengthening the main position of student party members, optimizing the educational environment, establishing and improving the management system of them, and innovating the service mode of student party members.
