摘要

The demand for any cross section data for the ionization and scattering of molecules is very important and it has been a subject of extensive investigation of collision physics studies. Information about the molecular structure and reaction dynamics arise as a function of scattering angle and impact energy. The aim of present experimental work is to investigate the differential cross sections for electron impact of nitrogen containing molecules at intermediate electron impact energy as a function of scattering angle.
