摘要

Aimed at the viscosity measurement of high viscosity oil, designing a miniature viscosity sensor, which base on MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer. The sensor uses a method that a vertebral plate rotate to measure viscosity, the vertebral plate is rotated by a micro motor, we control the motor speed constantly when there is no load. At the same time, we design the structure of the sensor, make it easy to install in the oil circulation pipeline. The sensor collects viscosity of the oil in real time, and can be connected to host computer, in this way this sensor complete On-line analysis of the oil characteristics trend. The sensor has been reduced in size, responses fast and costs less. Meanwhile it is very suitable for high-viscosity oil rapid measurement.
