The method of an acoustic emission owing to its integrity and high sensitivity is one of the most effective tools at monitoring of the technical state of dangerous industrial objects in real time. In the report the problems arisen at design, development and operation of the Integrated Structural Health Monitoring Systems with application of AE method are viewed and analysed. To them concern long-time reliability of the AE sensors operated at high and cryogenic temperatures, optimal explosion safety design, a protection of the AE equipment from noisy industrial environment and AE sensors frequency responses. The solutions of these problems are featured and practical results are given.
